Is it possible to restore files and folders from the raw USB external HDD? The answer is that it is possible for us to get files back from the external hard disk drive not formatted. Maybe it seems strange because of the raw USB external HDD features. The external hard disk drive can not be opened to view data on it or store new information on it before being formatted. New data could be saved on it after formatting, but we still can not access those original files. What we need do is to restore those files from the raw external hard disk before formatting.
